IKEBANA Classes @ JCAM
May 9 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Flower arranging is both a cultural and emotional expression of self – for some it is cathartic. Taught by Lee Matsuo & Debbie Tsuyuki you will delve into a disciplined world of respect and admiration for the flora that surrounds us, while giving free expression to your own feelings about plants and flowers as they relate to your world. The course is a total of 8 hours, 2 hours each Wednesday night from 7 to 9 p.m. starting May 9. Cost is $40 for the course for members ($60 for non-members) plus $10 for flora costs.  Register via email (m.jccc@shaw.ca) or phone 204-774-5909 during office hours.
