Ono-san will teach some sushi techniques but concentrate more on Japanese cooking taught in the Japanese Cultural Centre’s commercial kitchen . Classes are:
Jan 19, Feb 23 & Mar 16 1 pm – 3:30 pm
More than half the class time will be spent in our kitchens preparing and cooking food the Japanese way. Classes are limited to no more than 10 people. All materials will be supplied and you eat what you cook (though take-out may be possible) so prepare for a late lunch. February 23 class will be 100% cooking (no sushi).
